du Partners with Netcracker to Boost Customer Experience with GenAI

Netcracker Technology and du, a top telecom and digital services provider, revealed their plans to work closely together to utilize Netcracker's GenAI Telco Solution in order to boost innovation, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience on du's network.

At GITEX Global 2024, Netcracker and du executives agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a long-term program, as du commits to UAE's National AI Strategy 2031 by implementing AI in various industry sectors.

Both companies will collaborate to create use cases that improve automation capabilities with the Netcracker GenAI Telco platform, ultimately transforming du's operational framework and digital customer experience. Du's customers receive improved and reliable customer service with personalized help, accurate self-care requests, and multilingual support for digital interactions.
