Envision Energy International and China's AM Green, a hydrogen and green ammonia company wholly owned and controlled by the founders of Greenko Group, have signed an agreement to manufacture wind turbines for AM Green's clean energy projects in India and partner on green hydrogen projects.

 

The agreement was signed during the World Economic Forum’s Annual Summit in Davos, Switzerland, the companies added. AM Green and Envision will harness complementary capabilities to manufacture, supply, and service wind turbines in India that are specific to AM Green’s wind turbine requirements. Through its customers, AM Green will look to commit to an offtake of at least 2GW of capacity per year over the next three years. The wind turbines will supply energy to produce renewable green molecules, as per economic times.

The partnership is part of AM Green's broader efforts to promote the development of a secure supply chain for high-quality and cost-effective wind turbines in India. Through such agreements, AM Green aims to accomplish the most cost-effective continuous power supply for its 4,444 green molecular factories across India.

 

AM Green and Envision are also working together to develop green hydrogen projects and zero industrial parks. In addition, both companies will use their technical expertise to jointly create applicable green hydrogen industry standards.
