The premier pan-European high-power charging network for electric vehicles and FPT Software have recently expanded their strategic cooperation. FPT will help the network upgrade its client services. In order to maximise its operating efficiency, IONITY will use FPT's best-shore delivery approach.

 

A substantial network of five local offices in Europe, including those in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia, three nearshore offices in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Romania, and three offshore locations in Vietnam, India, and the Philippines make up FPT Software's best-shore delivery model for the European market. It enables local IT specialists to actively collaborate with remote teams to allocate resources, manage projects, and guarantee the timeliness and quality of delivery.

 

To provide best-in-class services and a better customer experience, IONITY plans to further digitise its network administration, including remote repair. In this situation, FPT Software will offer a full range of IT services, including consulting, programming, and end-to-end testing, as well as SAP deployment. Both employees from FPT's off-shore and European offices will work on the team.
